As a loyal customer who loves the service and the friendly team at your car wash. I'm writing to let you know about a recurring issue with the license plate reader. It never recognizes my plate, and an employee has to manually enter my account information every time. This creates a delay and extra work for your staff. An updated system would not only improve efficiency but also enhance the customer experience. Thank you for considering my feedback. MS
First visit since remodel in April 2025. Used a free wash from their website. Prior to wash used the bug brushes to get bugs off the front of the truck. After the wash used the vacuums one for rugs and the other got the right spots. Also used their interior cleaner as well as their windows washer spray nozzles. Plenty of clean towels to use and they were regularly checking the waist baskets and refilling the used and clean towels.
Great place to get your whole vehicle cleaned. They have everything you need to do it. A great pre scrub area with brushes cleaning solution and water hose to get the tough grime off. And after the automatic wash they also have everything you need to get your interior clean. Air to blow off dust, window cleaner, vacuums, towels and even mat cleaners, all under a covered area. If you leave without a clean vehicle, it is your own fault.
Joined Big Dan’s Cars Wash Club and I have to admit it’s a pretty good deal. Before I was going to the gas station car wash probably once a week spending a minimum of $40.00 a month and getting only a power wash with whatever extras came with the wash ( wash,wax,rinse & blow dry). At Dan’s I pull up to the gate & usually greeted by an employee who is always friendly and cheerful and offers me an air freshener for the car.
