Decent car wash. They have a good area to vacuum your vehicle and they supply towels to dry and glass cleaners and interior cleaning supplies. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't take cash and make you use a card. The card fees just make everything cost more.
I have been paying for the premium package $49.99 for over 6 months. For the past 3 months the buffer has not been working. Also, today there was no soap applied to my vehicle. I do feel there should be a partial refund due to the overpayment for Services I’m not receiving. Also, there should be an adjustment made to the price going forward until all of the equipment is actually working.
I had a very disappointing experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash today. My husband and I were subjected to unprofessional and rude behavior from an individual named Louis, who claimed to be the owner, though another employee mentioned he was just a manager. During our visit, my husband was cleaning off our car mats to be considerate before putting them through the mat cleaner. I think they are the hest around!! The workers are very nice and everyone is helpful and they do such a great job on the washes and they have everything for you to do the rest.. i was not sure i wanted to wipe it down , and wash windows and tires and vacuum and mats but everything is at your fingertips. I am very happy with Big Dans . Also there are so many locations so ur not stuck on just 1 if your traveling.
Their monthly plans are pretty reasonable. You get unlimited washes, bug prep, rim cleaner, 2 types of vacuums,free air fresheners, compressed air in a hose, glass cleaner and sanitizer in a hose and endless towels to use. They keep their locations very clean as well. Staff is always friendly.
