Their monthly plans are pretty reasonable. You get unlimited washes, bug prep, rim cleaner, 2 types of vacuums,free air fresheners, compressed air in a hose, glass cleaner and sanitizer in a hose and endless towels to use. They keep their locations very clean as well. Staff is always friendly.
I had a very disappointing experience at Big Dan’s Car Wash today. My husband and I were subjected to unprofessional and rude behavior from an individual named Louis, who claimed to be the owner, though another employee mentioned he was just a manager. During our visit, my husband was cleaning off our car mats to be considerate before putting them through the mat cleaner. Dans is always a dependable car wash. I’ve never had any scratches in my car afterwards. They do an amazing job and maintaining their facility. Customer service is excellent. Today was free car wash day so even better.
Everyone is always friendly & helpful. I have a membership & it makes it so easy just to drive in & get a car wash whenever I need one. My car always looks great now. The membership is the best thing I've spent money on recently.
Big Dan’s Car Wash is by far the most state of the art facility I have ever seen. The car washing stations are amazing and the staff is friendly, always looking to help you out. I highly recommend Big Dans, I have been a member since they opened. I also wanted to say Big Dans Membership is the perfect gift for someone.
