I appreciate the great customer service. My Suburban had a few spots that didn't go through the wash. So they let me go through again free of charge. Definitely will be back.
I normally don't leave reviews, but the service was exceptional! Vacuums are working well, extra rags and sprays to use, they even pre-washed my windshield, mirrors, and panels around my tires before entering the carwash. The staff, including the site manager, Chris, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. They explained the different washes to me and the current deal that's going on... Today I had my tags changed from my original on my membership and Tori kindly assisted me. I was still able to get my wash.
Do not go here. Car wash did not clean my car. I brought it to the managers attention he claimed to be the site manager. And he treated me like trash and refused to do a re wash. Horrible customer service don't waste your money here
By far the best carwash I've ever been to! Vacuums work so well. There's an air gun to spray out crevices. SPRAY AND RAGS TO CLEAN (as well as frangrance spray)! Staff was friendly. No complaints. Highly recommend.
